Whitewater Vehicle Exports specializes in sourcing and exporting Right Hand Drive (RHD) vehicles worldwide. Our services include:
- Vehicle sourcing from Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom, and Japan
- Export documentation and logistics coordination
- Shipping and container services
- Vehicle inspection arrangements
- Customer support and consultation
3. Vehicle Orders and Purchases
3.1 Order Process
- All vehicle orders must be confirmed in writing via email
- Vehicle specifications, pricing, and delivery terms will be clearly stated
- Orders are subject to vehicle availability and our acceptance
- We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion
3.2 Vehicle Specifications
- All vehicles are Right Hand Drive (RHD) configuration
- Vehicle specifications are subject to manufacturer changes
- We will notify you of any significant specification changes
- Minor specification variations may occur without notice
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Structure
Our standard payment terms are:
- Deposit: Up to 20% deposit required to initiate orders
- Balance: Full balance to be paid after the client receives notification of their vehicle VIN and engine numbers, full photos, and shipment booking confirmation (and your arranged inspection of the vehicle/s if you wish)
- Payment should be received prior to the vehicle/container being transported to port for export
4.2 Accepted Currencies
We accept payments in the following currencies:
- USD (United States Dollar)
- AED (UAE Dirham)
- AUD (Australian Dollar)
- NZD (New Zealand Dollar)
- GBP (British Pound)
- EUR (Euro)
- JPY (Japanese Yen)
4.3 Forms of Payment
- International Wire Transfer: Accepted in all currencies listed above
- Irrevocable sight letter of credit: Additional conditions apply
- Cash payments: Accepted in the United Arab Emirates in UAE Dirhams (AED) only
- Credit Card: Available for certain transactions (currency options may vary)
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping Method
- Our preferred shipping method is Full Container Load (FCL)
- All vehicles are professionally packed by qualified personnel
- Shipments organized through reputable shipping lines
- Alternative shipping methods available upon request
5.2 Documentation
- All vehicle documentation, spare keys, and shipment documents sent via FedEx or DHL
- Express shipping of documents included at no additional charge
- Export permits and certificates provided as required
5.3 Delivery Terms
- Delivery times are estimates and subject to shipping schedules
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or force majeure events
- Customer responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance
6. Vehicle Inspection
- Customers or representatives welcome to inspect vehicles before final payment
- Third-party inspections available at customer's cost (SGS, Veritas, etc.)
- All new vehicles undergo pre-delivery inspection by authorized dealers
- Inspection reports provided upon request
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
7.1 New Vehicle Warranties
- New vehicles are not covered by manufacturer warranty once removed from their country of origin unless explicitly stated in the manufacturer's warranty policy
- While warranty coverage may technically remain valid, any warranty claims would require the vehicle to be returned to the country of origin (e.g., Australia) at the customer's expense
- Customers should review specific manufacturer warranty terms and conditions for international coverage details
- We recommend customers verify warranty coverage with manufacturers before export if warranty protection is important to them
7.2 Used Vehicle Disclaimer
- Used vehicles sold "as is" unless otherwise specified
- Detailed condition reports provided where available
- No warranty implied for used vehicles unless explicitly stated
7.3 Service Disclaimers
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. However:
- Vehicle availability subject to market conditions
- Specifications and pricing subject to change without notice
- We are not responsible for manufacturing defects
- Customer responsible for compliance with local import regulations
8. Cancellation and Refunds
8.1 Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before vehicle allocation
- Cancellation fees may apply depending on order stage
- Refunds processed within 30 days of approved cancellation
8.2 Refund Policy
- Refunds subject to our discretion and order status
- Administrative fees may be deducted from refunds
- No refunds after vehicle shipment unless defective
- Refunds processed to original payment method
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not responsible for delays in shipping or customs clearance
- Customer assumes all risks associated with vehicle importation
10. Intellectual Property
All vehicle brand names, images, and logos are the property of their respective manufacturers and are used strictly for identification and informational purposes. We do not claim ownership of any vehicle manufacturer trademarks or intellectual property.
11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
- Australian transactions governed by New South Wales law
- UAE transactions governed by UAE federal law
- Disputes resolved in jurisdiction where transaction originated

- Informal resolution attempted first
- Mediation preferred before litigation
- Arbitration may be required for certain disputes
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather events, public health emergencies, labor disputes, government actions, infrastructure failures, shipping lines delays, or any other unforeseen events that may impact our operations or shipping schedules.
