Company Background
Whitewater Vehicle Exports was founded in by two childhood friends with a passion for the Automotive Industry, and our business has grown to become one of the leading suppliers of Brand New Right Hand Drive (RHD) vehicles for export from Australia.
We operate vehicle sourcing and logistics out of Australia (Sydney), and have a separate company in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) to support our clients in all RHD countries around the world. With our focus on brand new vehicles we are well positioned to support the unique requirements of clients including Individual Buyers, Diplomats, Commercial Importers/Dealers and Government Entities.
We also supply vehicles from various markets besides Australia, including New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom and Japan.
Ready Stock / Orders
We keep a limited number of vehicles as stock, which are immediately available to ship. We also source from manufacturers' ready stock on order confirmation, allowing us to offer any model physically available in our sourcing markets.
We also accept special orders for vehicles that are not available in stock.
Payment Terms
Payment Structure
Our standard payment terms are for a deposit of up to 20% to initiate an order, and for the full balance to be paid after the client receives notification of their vehicle VIN and engine numbers, full photos, and a shipment booking confirmation (and your arranged inspection of the vehicle/s if you wish) – payment should be received prior to the vehicle/container being transported to port for export.
Forms of Payment
International Wire Transfer. Accepted currencies are USD, AED, AUD, NZD, GBP, EUR, and JPY.
Irrevocable sight letter of credit. Additional conditions apply.
Cash payments are accepted in the United Arab Emirates in UAE Dirhams (AED).
Credit Card payments are accepted under certain conditions.
Listed Models
We can source many different models of manufacturers available in different right hand drive markets with our extensive experience in sourcing. Please feel free to contact us with any requirement.
Inspection
All brand new vehicles go through pre-delivery inspection by manufacturer's authorized dealer to ensure there are no problems with the vehicles before handover to us.
Clients or anyone they assign are also welcome inspect their car physically before sending balance payment.
Lastly, we can also arrange third party inspections at cost by companies such as SGS, Veritas etc. if requested.
Accessories / Upgrades
We can provide an extensive list of accessories and third party upgrades from manufacturers or third party companies to match your desired specifications before we export your vehicle. All the work is done by professionals and tested before delivery.
Spare Parts
We can provide spare parts support either shipped with your vehicle or after sales with courier.
Logistics
We organise and control the entire process of supplying your vehicle, starting from taking delivery once sourced to the end point as per the incoterms agreed on.
Our preferred and usual method of shipping is in container. (FCL) All vehicles are packed with professionals and all shipments are organised through reputable shipping lines.
Once your order is shipped, all related vehicle books (such as manuals), spare key(s) and shipment documents are sent with either Fedex or DHL free of charge.
